None of us are perfect. All of us make mistakes and fail - it's a daily fact of life. Thus, we don't expect anyone to be perfect. Instead, the key is to learn and improve quickly from our mistakes.

Remember, we are here for you. You have the directors and your group of project leads and alumni who are here to support you as you lead your team. Communicate with them when you have problems (do it as early as possible and frequently) and don't be afraid to ask for help and advice.
