Goal

As the frontline of Hack4Impact, the work that Product Research does determines the future of our organization. Product Research aims to deepen our impact in the communities that our work serves by pushing the boundaries of our products’ quality and fostering a community for intentional product thinking and exploration. Our team sources and scopes compelling and impactful projects for the following semester in a timely manner, while also gaining insight into the product experience without needing to be a full-time PM. The main purpose behind this process is to create more intentional, long-lasting, well-scoped projects giving adequate time for us and the nonprofit to solve their problems. As a Product Research Lead, you will be leading this frontline and act as the face of Hack4Impact for nonprofits as the first point of contact with the organization. The Product Research Lead will mainly run logistics of nonprofit outreach and also making decisions around the future Hack4Impact projects.
