Before the meeting
- The PR Lead or PR team member who has been sourcing the project will introduce you to your nonprofit via email
- Schedule your first meeting with them. Both of you should be on the initial call (or in-person meeting)
- RESEARCH the org
- Write an agenda
- Remember to introduce yourselves in the email
A Typical (very detailed) First Client Call Agenda
Usually the first meeting is a lot more detailed. Future ones don’t have to be, unless there’s a lot of material to cover.
