Project execution

• Set up a timeline and take care of team logistics
• Clearly define TODOs for each week
• Clearly communicate expectations and course correction
• Project quality maintenance
• Identify shortcomings in project features based on client expectations and fix them

Team Functionality

• Setting the standards clear of how you interact with your team and enforcing them
• Aggressively shutting down bad behavior/habits
• Creating an environment conducive to success
• Having fun, team building events

Team growth

• Maintain a constant dialogue with teammates to understand teammates’ goals in terms of growth
• Have regular 1:1s (very important!)
• Identify teammates’ weak areas and identify ways to improve upon them
• Asking for member goals, keeping them in mind and pushing them towards it or even assisting them to do so.
