- Set up a timeline and take care of team logistics

- Clearly communicate expectations and course correction
- Project quality maintenance
- Identify shortcomings in project features based on client expectations and fix them
Team Functionality
- Setting the standards clear of how you interact with your team and enforcing them
- Aggressively shutting down bad behavior/habits
- Creating an environment conducive to success
- Having fun, team building events
Team growth
- Maintain a constant dialogue with teammates to understand teammates’ goals in terms of growth
- Have regular 1:1s (very important!)
- Identify teammates’ weak areas and identify ways to improve upon them
- Asking for member goals, keeping them in mind and pushing them towards it or even assisting them to do so.
